I got excited because Diesel is a pretty rare name, and he looks to much like my cat.

But he is absolutely beautiful anyhow, and I was really pleased to read about his surgery going well, best wishes for long happy healthy times :D

This is incredible, but your cat looks the spitting image of my old cat, whom we had to give up to an animal home when my mum remarried and we moved to a house with dogs.

The weirdest thing was that my cat’s name was also Diesel….

I don’t suppose you got Diesel from an animal shelter by any chance? I would absolutely love to know he went to a happy home because I adored him, and I still get teary thinking about him sometimes.
